Designed for precise and gentle micronized fat for regenerative medicine

The unique body-jet® eco harvests low volume micronized fat using gentle water-jet assistance in a closed circuit for in-office regenerative medicine.

  • No more tumescence technique
  • No more change of cannulas for spray or aspiration
  • No more centrifugation required

The patented body-jet® eco helps save valuable time by harvesting highly viable fat and micronizes it down from 850 to 650 micrometers through the FillerCollector®. The result is finely dispersed injectable-ready adipose clusters.

Manufactured in Germany, the light weight, modern design is portable and features a user-friendly interface for convenient setting adjustments. Learn more about the efficient, versatile and intuitive body-jet® eco device.

Modern System for In-Office Autologous Fat Harvesting

In the past, fat harvesting was often a difficult, time-consuming process mostly with unpredictable results. Now the FillerCollector® simplifies the collection of re-injectable fat for autologous fat grafting.

The reusable FillerCollector® is a fast, simple and fat-sparing system that works without the need of extra filters.

The unique design permits the continuous separation of the fat from the irrigation fluid and does not require the use of a centrifuge, or other treatment to prepare the adipose tissue for grafting.

When using the FillerCollector® together with the water-jet assisted liposuction (WAL) method, micro droplets of high quality fat can be harvested and, at the same time, adverse effects caused by exposure of the fat to the tumescent fluid and unnecessary handling are reduced. This gentle method significantly improves the chance of long-term survival of the grafted fat cells.
